RENTAL PERIOD

All rental items are rented for a period of five days, beginning three days before the scheduled event date and ending one day after the event date. The customer agrees to return all rental items within this time period to Something Borrowed Blooms, Inc. The customer further agrees that the rented property shall [1] not be used beyond the intended capacity; [2] not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated; [3] not be used near an open flame; [4] not be used in a negligent manner.

INSURANCE

The customer hereby agrees that he/she shall fully indemnify Something Borrowed Blooms, Inc. for any and all damage to or loss of the rented property. Insurance is built into the cost of each item in order to cover normal wear and tear of the products, including broken flowers, damaged petals, minor stains, or other determined natural wear of the product. Insurance will not cover items damaged beyond normal wear and tear or items NOT returned. This includes actions like disassembling arrangements, causing burns, excessive staining, and subjecting items to water or fire damage. The buyer shall be responsible for 50% of the rental cost per damaged item and the full value of items unreturned, estimated at 150% of the rental cost.

RETURN OF PROPERTY TO SOMETHING BORROWED BLOOMS, Inc

The customer hereby agrees to return the rented property and all original packaging materials to Something Borrowed Blooms, Inc using the provided prepaid postage label. The property must be returned to the determined shipping provider one day after the event date (return date). If this day falls on a Sunday or Federal Holiday, return on the following day. A $25 late fee will be charged per day, if not returned to the determined shipping provider by the date/time agreed to herein. A $50 fee will be charged for each packaging insert not returned.Something Borrowed Blooms is not responsible for any personal property unintentionally returned with rental property

CANCELLATION/CHANGE ORDER POLICY

Something Borrowed Blooms, Inc requires a 90 days notice on cancellations in order to issue a refund of the deposit. Orders cancelled less than 90 days before the rental date will forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@sbblooms.com, or by logging into the customer portal at www.somethingborrowedblooms.com.

Changes to an existing order can be made up to 10 days prior to the event date. Within 10 days, deletions are not accepted. Order subject to ship 1-2 days prior to estimated ship date. Any additions need to be made by placing a new order. Exchanges must be at equal or greater value. No cancellations of individual items are allowed within 10 days prior to the event date.

DUTIES & TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are subject to additional duties and taxes which are based on the subtotal of the order and the province to which the order is being shipped. This small percentage will be collected by FedEx, on behalf of the foreign government, and is beyond our control.
